Notice: Our new Updated AI based Gang Sheet builder is live, and a NEW File uploader for pre-built gang sheets is also LIVE. We have also introduced a wider printing width to 22.5" and lower pricing for Building a Gang sheet. Your file will print as received, unless we are specifically notified to do something different. If your file is smaller than 22.5” because you forgot check the “use artboard” box, it will be printed at whatever size we receive. If the file comes in larger than 22.5", it will be sized to 22.5" and printed. We will no longer be responsible for reruns because the file size was not checked before uploading. UPS has not been terribly consistent lately. They have not guaranteed delivery since the pandemic. We will always do our best to get the job to them on time, but cannot guarantee what happens to it once they have it in hand. We are currently running up to 2 working days TAT.

Pressing Instructions

DTF Hot/Cold Peel Pressing Instructions

Always test press with your heat press. All heat presses vary slightly in temperature and pressure.
Use the following as a guideline.
Always lint roll and pre-press your garment (To remove lint and moisture)
Use Medium-High pressure (Optionally you can use a Teflon sheet as a top sheet)

100% Polyester
Press at 265ºF for 8-10 seconds
Hot Peel
Second press (optional but recommended) for 5 seconds (with Teflon sheet or parchment)

50/50 Blend
Press at 285ºF for 10 seconds
Hot Peel
Second Press for 5 seconds (with Teflon sheet or parchment)

100% Cotton
Press at 285ºF for 10 seconds
Hot Peel
Second Press for 8 seconds. (with silicone Teflon or parchment)
